We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
5. Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
6. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
7. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
8. Perform general administrative tasks to support various departments.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
