Roles and responsibilities:
Support the prequalification team in building and maintaining a reliable supplier base as per the company policies and legal procedures by overseeing the necessary processes by overseeing the necessary processes in preparation of pre-qulaification proposals to achieve the company's operations and business objectives
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
Engineering or Supply Chain degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement processing with focus on vendor management
Demonstrate experience in vendor management contracts and confidentiality agreement from a
contracts and commercial perspective as well as having a good knowledge of contract law
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) & Oracle iSupplier system
Strong communication skills and Organizational Skills
Good attention to detail
High level of Integrity
