Position: Computer Technician
Location: Galali, Bharain
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of computer systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Assemble and disassemble computer hardware as needed.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair tasks.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and organized.
