A leading Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Graphic Designers- Bahraini Nationals
Job Responsibilities:
•Create and produce visual communications, such as logos, brochures, website designs, and
marketing materials
•Stay up-to-date on current trends in graphic design
•Collaborate with other designers, and marketing professionals to create cohesive marketing campaigns
•Use a variety of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
•Develop and execute enthusiastic and inspired creative designs that align with project objectives and
requirements.
•Conceptualize multiple design options for review and approval.
•Organize and prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
•Analyze creative briefs, provide strategic design feedback, and offer innovative solutions to meet
project goals.
•Deliver high-quality work within specified timelines and according to design specifications.
•Design creative elements for both online and offline marketing materials.
•Create compelling direct marketing creative comps.
•Research and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency and brand compliance.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to provide creative insights, design expertise, and innovative
ideas
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
•2+ years of experience in graphic design
•Strong portfolio of work
•Experience with a variety of graphic design software
•Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
•Professional presentation skills and analytical capabilities
•Understanding and support development of budgets
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strategic thinking combined with the ability to move strategy to action
•Problem solving skills
•Self-motivated, creative and confident, with a highly energetic personality
•Creative, independent, and manages stress gracefully
•Ability to meet deadlines consistently
•Must be adaptable to change of strategy, ideas, systems etc.
•Proficiency in organizational planning with the ability to multi-task
