Should have have minimum 15 years experience in Fabrication.
Should know the process of steel fabrication in details.
Can read Mechanical drawings.
Good in welding procedure.
Know how most fabrication machines work.
Can handle welders.
Can make sure jobs are delivered on time.
Make sure all welders are working effectively and efficiently.
