Job Scope:
The Account Manager is responsible for promoting the company and its products through a well-defined strategy and strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners. The role focuses on optimizing sales volumes and leading marketing initiatives in alignment with the Country Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for assigned products/services in alignment with ABM's management.
- Lead and maintain partnerships in line with the company’s strategy.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, analyze data, and identify opportunities for loyalty and growth.
- Conduct market research, including visits to customers, to specify market requirements for current and future products/services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
- Track credit/payment performance, resolve outstanding settlements, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Drive sales growth for the full product/service line, ensuring long-term revenue and profitability.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of targeted marketing programs, monitor progress, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Represent and promote the company and its services across the region.
Position Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Bahrain market within organized retail is a must.
