Role Description:
Responsible for selling automobiles (Vehicles)
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer entering the showroom.
Assists customers in selecting units by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explains fully product performance, and benefits to prospects.
Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Market visits to our dealers and establish new connections with new corporate and government sections.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database with the required information.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to existing and new customers.
Maintain a high client retention rate through proper training, emphasizing quality customer service, client visits, and cold calling techniques.
Sells or leases the minimum target units per month.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Automotive Sales Executive or similar role
Demonstrated strong sales skills, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in all aspects of the automotive sales process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in team environments
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
High school degree or equivalent (minimum); bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Familiarity with automotive systems and technologies
