Customer Success Manager (Sales Manager)

A leading Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking to hire a Head of Sales (Manager).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities

• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff

• Develop and implement sales strategies and pricing plans

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Commercial Property, Marketing, or Investments preferred)

• 5–7 years’ experience in Bahrain real estate sales/marketing

• Strong skills in market research, marketing (including social media), leasing, customer care, and financial management

• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and revenue goals

• High computer literacy, strong communication skills, and attention to detail

المهام الوظيفية:

• بكالوريوس في تخصصات الأعمال (يفضل التسويق، العقار التجاري، أو الاستثمارات).

• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال العقار بالبحرين في المبيعات أو التسويق.

• إجادة الحاسب الآلي ومهارات تواصل عالية كتابياً وشفهياً مع الانتباه للتفاصيل.
