About the Company
Join the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program—a dynamic global initiative supporting the maintenance, sustainment, and logistics of military vehicle fleets. Our mission is to ensure reliability, readiness, and performance of vital equipment that powers defense and operational capabilities across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and logistics support for multiple vehicle families on a global scale
• Plan, research, and develop new applications for electro-mechanical equipment and systems
• Review contractor standards, specifications, and technical documentation to determine mechanical requirements
• Design, repair, and inspect gas and diesel engine systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and instrumentation systems
• Conduct tests and calculations to develop or improve mechanical systems and hardware performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment or vehicle mechanics (preferably in military or defense sectors)
• Strong technical skills in electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and internal combustion engines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, specifications, and schematics
• Familiarity with investigative and diagnostic methods
• Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork capabilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Bahrain and travel if required

• إجراء الاختبارات والحسابات لتطوير أو تحسين أداء الأنظمة الميكانيكية والأجهزة

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال المعدات الثقيلة أو ميكانيكا المركبات (يفضل أن تكون في القطاعات العسكرية أو الدفاعية)
• مهارات تقنية قوية في الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والهوائية ومحركات الاحتراق الداخلي
• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الوثائق الهندسية والمواصفات والمخططات
• -الإلمام بأساليب التحقيق والتشخيص
• عقلية قوية في حل المشكلات وقدرات العمل الجماعي
• الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع في البحرين والسفر إذا لزم الأمر
