Operations Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and expand the daily operations of our cleaning company. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, participate in government tenders, meet clients, secure new contracts, and help develop specialized service divisions such as high-rise building cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in government tenders and handle documentation
- Meet existing and potential clients to build strong relationships
- Actively seek and secure new cleaning contracts
- Identify opportunities to expand services (e.g., high-rise cleaning, AC duct cleaning etc.)
- Assist in launching and managing new service divisions
- Manage inventory, equipment, and site logistics
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Report to senior management with performance and progress updates
Outdoor Salesman
We are looking for someone who can go outside, meet people, and bring work for our company. You will visit malls, hospitals, schools, banks, and other places to find new clients, talk to them about our cleaning and manpower services, and get contracts or one-time jobs.
Your Work Will Include
- Visiting different places every day to find new clients
- Talking to companies and building good relationships
- Explaining our services and what we offer
- Bringing contracts or small cleaning/maintenance jobs
- Updating the office about your daily work and clients
What You Need
- Must have experience in outdoor sales
- Must speak good English (Arabic is a plus)
Laundry Manager
We are urgently seeking a Laundry Manager to lead and oversee daily laundry operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in laundry services, team supervision, and quality control. This role involves managing the staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining equipment and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the laundry team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Organize daily laundry schedules and delegate tasks to workers
- Monitor washing, drying, ironing, folding, and stain removal processes
- Ensure quality control and proper handling of all items, especially delicate fabrics
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request stock when needed
- Train and guide laundry staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met in the laundry area

- الحفاظ على مخزون لوازم الغسيل وطلب المخزون عند الحاجة
- تدريب وإرشاد موظفي الغسيل حول التقنيات المناسبة وإجراءات السلامة
- تأكد من الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والتعقيم في منطقة الغسيل
- الحفاظ على سجلات مواعيد استلام وتسليم الغسيل
