About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Salesman to join our team in Bahrain. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom and supporting outdoor sales efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
Details
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or store• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide product details, pricing, and availability information
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display arrangements in the sales area
• Achieve sales targets and support promotional campaigns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
• Previous experience in retail, indoor, or outdoor sales is preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
• Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)

• استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم في صالة العرض أو المتجر
• فهم احتياجات العملاء والتوصية بالمنتجات المناسبة
• تقديم تفاصيل المنتج والأسعار ومعلومات التوفر
• معالجة معاملات المبيعات بدقة وكفاءة
• الحفاظ على النظافة وترتيبات العرض الجذابة في منطقة المبيعات
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ودعم الحملات الترويجية
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها
متطلبات
• يفضل الخبرة السابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو المبيعات الداخلية أو الخارجية
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي
• معرفة أساسية بالكمبيوتر
• شخصية ودودة ونشطة وموجهة نحو الهدف
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والهندية (اللغات الأخرى هي ميزة إضافية)
