About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day store operations, coach and inspire your team, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll drive performance, implement brand standards, and ensure an energizing store environment that reflects our values and customer promise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational goals are met
- Welcome and engage customers, demonstrating product features and benefits
- Advise customers on the most suitable product options based on their needs
- Educate clients on brand standards and product specifications
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Implement loss prevention procedures and maintain compliance in cash handling and product security
- Manage in-store promotions, price changes, and seasonal layouts per brand guidelines
- Ensure all products are properly tagged, barcoded, and merchandised
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in sports or lifestyle sectors
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage store operations and support team performance
- Familiarity with retail merchandising and promotion execution
- Passion for sports, active lifestyle, and motivating others

بصفتك قائد فريق، ستدير العمليات اليومية للمتجر، وتدرب فريقك وتُلهمه، وتقدم خدمة عملاء ممتازة. ستقود الأداء، وتطبق معايير العلامة التجارية، وتضمن بيئة متجر نابضة بالحياة تعكس قيمنا ووعدنا تجاه العملاء.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمتجر والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية
- الترحيب بالعملاء وإشراكهم، وإظهار ميزات المنتج وفوائده
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء بشأن خيارات المنتج الأكثر ملاءمة بناءً على احتياجاتهم
- تثقيف العملاء حول معايير العلامة التجارية ومواصفات المنتج
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وحل الشكاوى باحترافية
- تنفيذ إجراءات منع الخسائر والحفاظ على الامتثال في التعامل مع النقد وأمن المنتج
- إدارة العروض الترويجية داخل المتجر، وتغييرات الأسعار، والتخطيطات الموسمية وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية
- تأكد من وضع العلامات والرموز الشريطية على جميع المنتجات وتسويقها بشكل صحيح
متطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الرياضة أو نمط الحياة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
- القدرة على إدارة عمليات المتجر ودعم أداء الفريق
- المعرفة بتسويق التجزئة وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية
- الشغف بالرياضة وأسلوب الحياة النشط وتحفيز الآخرين
