Key Responsibilities
- Execute tug maintenance on board in line with the planned schedule and allocated budget
- Maintain and repair marine plant and equipment with efficiency and safety
- Supervise personnel assisting with engineering operations
- Sign off completed maintenance tasks to ensure compliance and readiness
- Prepare maintenance and operational reports as required by management
- Participate actively in safety training and assist in training fellow crew members
- Provide support to other engineers when necessary
Requirements
- Relevant engineering certifications and marine engineering qualifications
- Hands-on experience with tug operations or marine engine room systems
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Commitment to safe, timely, and effective vessel maintenance

متطلبات
- الشهادات الهندسية ذات الصلة ومؤهلات الهندسة البحرية
- خبرة عملية في عمليات القطر أو أنظمة غرفة المحرك البحري
- مهارات قوية في القيادة وتنسيق الفريق
- الالتزام بالصيانة الآمنة والفعالة وفي الوقت المناسب للسفن
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة السريعة للتحديات التقنية
