About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer – HVAC to take charge of critical HVAC projects in Bahrain. You’ll lead every aspect from tender review to system commissioning, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and Bills of Quantities at the start of each project
- Plan, develop, and manage project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery
- Prepare material submittals aligned with project specifications
- Develop detailed HVAC shop drawings based on IFC documents and secure consultant approvals
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, fans) with both technical and commercial evaluations
- Perform essential HVAC calculations such as heat load, external static pressure, pump head, and pressurization
- Strategically allocate workforce and technology resources for effective execution
- Ensure full compliance with quality plans, manpower budgets, and industry standards
- Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems

نبحث عن مهندس مشاريع أول متخصص في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) يتمتع بمهارات عالية لإدارة مشاريع التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء المهمة في البحرين. ستتولى مسؤولية إدارة جميع مراحل المشروع، بدءًا من مراجعة العطاءات وحتى تشغيل النظام، لضمان الأداء الأمثل ورضا العملاء.
المسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتحليل مستندات العطاءات والرسومات وفواتير الكميات في بداية كل مشروع
- تخطيط وتطوير وإدارة جداول المشروع، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- إعداد المواد المقدمة بما يتماشى مع مواصفات المشروع
- تطوير الرسومات التفصيلية لمتجر التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء بناءً على مستندات IFC والحصول على موافقات الاستشاريين
- اختيار معدات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء المناسبة (المبردات، ووحدات معالجة الهواء، ووحدات التحكم في المروحة، والمضخات، والمراوح) من خلال التقييمات الفنية والتجارية
- إجراء حسابات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء الأساسية مثل الحمل الحراري والضغط الثابت الخارجي ورأس المضخة والضغط
- تخصيص موارد القوى العاملة والتكنولوجيا بشكل استراتيجي للتنفيذ الفعال
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لخطط الجودة وميزانيات القوى العاملة ومعايير الصناعة
- الإشراف على تصميم وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء
