About the Role
We are currently looking for a Parts and Accessories Inventory Coordinator to oversee and manage inventory operations in Bahrain. This full-time position requires a professional who is detail-focused, proactive, and able to ensure inventory systems align with company objectives.
Job Summary
- Manage parts and accessories inventory within company norms
- Identify overstocked items and lead efforts for timely liquidation
- Track and follow up on late or delayed materials to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain an inventory control system that satisfies internal, warranty, wholesale, and retail requirements
- Ensure behavior aligns with the organization’s values and culture
- Represent the company positively across all external and internal relationships
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation for compliance
- Participate in internal projects, committees, and working groups as assigned
- Perform any additional duties as required from time to time

- Strong experience in inventory control, preferably in automotive parts/accessories
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Good understanding of inventory systems and supply chain principles

- Residency in Bahrain is a plus

نبحث حاليًا عن منسق جرد قطع الغيار والملحقات للإشراف على عمليات الجرد وإدارتها في البحرين . يتطلب هذا المنصب بدوام كامل متخصصًا يتميز بالدقة والمبادرة والقدرة على ضمان توافق أنظمة الجرد مع أهداف الشركة.
ملخص الوظيفة
- إدارة مخزون الأجزاء والملحقات ضمن معايير الشركة
- تحديد العناصر الزائدة عن المخزون وتوجيه الجهود لتصفيتها في الوقت المناسب
- تتبع ومتابعة المواد المتأخرة أو المتأخرة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب
- تطوير وصيانة نظام مراقبة المخزون الذي يلبي المتطلبات الداخلية ومتطلبات الضمان والبيع بالجملة والتجزئة
- التأكد من أن السلوك يتماشى مع قيم المنظمة وثقافتها
- تمثيل الشركة بشكل إيجابي في جميع العلاقات الخارجية والداخلية
- اتبع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والتشريعات ذات الصلة للامتثال
- المشاركة في المشاريع الداخلية واللجان ومجموعات العمل حسب التكليف
- أداء أي واجبات إضافية حسب الحاجة من وقت لآخر
