About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to design, implement, and oversee structured training programs for all levels of staff — from front-of-house to kitchen and support teams — across our hospitality operations in Bahrain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOP-aligned training modules for all departments
- Customize onboarding programs based on role-specific needs
- Monitor service delivery and provide timely, actionable feedback
- Create performance improvement plans for underperforming team members
- Ensure training content complies with Bahrain Labour Law and food safety standards
- Conduct hygiene and safety briefings with QA and compliance teams
- Maintain a digital calendar for training sessions and track attendance
- Apply instructional design methods and adult learning principles
- Reinforce service etiquette and excellence in restaurant operations

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant training roles
- In-depth understanding of service operations and team development
- Proven knowledge of instructional design and coaching techniques
- Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance

المسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وحدات تدريبية متوافقة مع الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لجميع الأقسام
- تخصيص برامج التوجيه بناءً على الاحتياجات الخاصة بكل دور
- مراقبة تقديم الخدمة وتقديم ملاحظات قابلة للتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب
- إنشاء خطط لتحسين الأداء لأعضاء الفريق ذوي الأداء الضعيف
- التأكد من أن محتوى التدريب يتوافق مع قانون العمل البحريني ومعايير سلامة الغذاء
- إجراء إحاطات حول النظافة والسلامة مع فرق ضمان الجودة والامتثال
- الحفاظ على تقويم رقمي لجلسات التدريب وتتبع الحضور
- تطبيق أساليب التصميم التعليمي ومبادئ التعلم للبالغين
