Logistics Analyst Role in Bahrain – Support Navy Missions, Deliver Real-World Impact!

About the Role
This role places you at the heart of a critical mission at NSA Bahrain. As a Logistics Analyst, you’ll support the U.S. Navy through planning, analysis, and implementation of logistics systems that ensure sailor safety and mission readiness. You’ll join a high-performing Serco team working on one of the Navy’s most vital logistics and HAZMAT programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct logistics support for the Regional Director and U.S. Navy CHRIMP operations at NSA Bahrain
• Assist with the planning and execution of Navy Ashore and Afloat logistics strategies
• Analyze logistics data related to production, inventory, and distribution
• Prepare oral briefings, point papers, and digital presentations for Navy and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and customer representatives to ensure seamless coordination and execution
• Uphold all safety and compliance standards to ensure the well-being of sailors and personnel

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics planning and support within a military or defense context
• Strong skills in analysis, presentation creation, and communication
• Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with CHRIMP, HAZMAT, or federal logistics operations preferred
• Must meet eligibility for work within a U.S. government contract overseas

المسؤوليات

• توفير الدعم اللوجستي المباشر لمدير المنطقة وعمليات CHRIMP التابعة للبحرية الأمريكية في NSA البحرين
• المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات اللوجستيات البحرية البرية والبحرية
• تحليل بيانات الخدمات اللوجستية المتعلقة بالإنتاج والمخزون والتوزيع
• إعداد إحاطات شفوية وأوراق نقاط وعروض تقديمية رقمية للبحرية وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين

متطلبات

• خبرة ذات صلة في التخطيط والدعم اللوجستي في سياق عسكري أو دفاعي
• مهارات قوية في التحليل وإنشاء العروض والتواصل
• القدرة على إدارة المهام بشكل مستقل أثناء التعاون بين الفرق
• يفضل أن تكون على دراية بعمليات CHRIMP أو HAZMAT أو العمليات اللوجستية الفيدرالية
• يجب أن تفي بشروط الأهلية للعمل ضمن عقد حكومي أمريكي في الخارج
