Details
Oversee on-site supervision and execution of fit-out projects
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manage project costs effectively
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with construction standards
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out projects with expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes
Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
