About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Bahrain. This critical role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records while supporting business decisions with timely and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions
- Lead or actively contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with budget preparation and perform variance analysis
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Residency in Bahrain is preferred

نبحث حاليًا عن محاسب أول للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في البحرين . يضمن هذا الدور الهام دقة وسلامة وامتثال السجلات المالية، مع دعم قرارات الأعمال من خلال إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية
- صيانة وإدارة الدفتر العام ، وضمان دقة واكتمال المعاملات
- قيادة أو المساهمة بشكل فعال في عمليات الإغلاق في نهاية الشهر ونهاية العام
- مطابقة حسابات الميزانية العمومية وحل التناقضات
- المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وإجراء تحليل التباين
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة الضوابط الداخلية لحماية البيانات المالية
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كمحاسب أول أو دور مماثل
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة ومعايير إعداد التقارير وأفضل الممارسات
- الكفاءة في برامج وأدوات المحاسبة
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والعقلية التحليلية القوية
- القدرة على إدارة المواعيد النهائية والعمل بشكل مستقل
- يفضل الإقامة في البحرين
