About the Role
This opportunity lies within the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) tax service line. You’ll join a team of highly experienced professionals committed to quality, risk management, efficiency, and innovation. We focus on providing consistent, flexible, and value-driven services in tax compliance, statutory accounting, financial reporting, and tax accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCR engagements for multinational and regional clients in Bahrain and the region
• Drive tax transformation strategies using advanced technology platforms and processes
• Advise clients on tax compliance, regulatory updates, and statutory reporting frameworks
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams while contributing to business development initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in tax advisory, compliance, and reporting at a senior level
• In-depth understanding of international and regional tax laws and practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in using tax technology tools and platforms
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred

• قيادة تعاملات GCR للعملاء المتعددين الجنسيات والإقليميين في البحرين والمنطقة
• قيادة استراتيجيات التحول الضريبي باستخدام منصات وعمليات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة
• تقديم المشورة للعملاء بشأن الامتثال الضريبي والتحديثات التنظيمية وأطر إعداد التقارير القانونية
• تطوير وإدارة علاقات قوية مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية
• توجيه وقيادة الفرق ذات الأداء العالي مع المساهمة في مبادرات تطوير الأعمال

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في الاستشارات الضريبية والامتثال وإعداد التقارير على مستوى رفيع
• فهم متعمق لقوانين وممارسات الضرائب الدولية والإقليمية
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة المشاريع
• خبرة في استخدام أدوات ومنصات تكنولوجيا الضرائب
• يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو ACA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها
