About the Project
Be part of the core team behind one of Bahrain’s most high-profile smart city initiatives. Digital City Bahrain represents innovation, connectivity, and sustainable urban design. As Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in communicating its story and shaping its reputation locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Own the marketing strategy and ensure its implementation by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Take initiative in refining and adapting the strategy as the project evolves.
Agency Management
Manage PR, digital, social, and creative agencies—ensuring brand alignment, timely deliverables, and effective communication across all marketing channels.
Social Media Oversight
Lead the day-to-day operations of Digital City Bahrain’s social channels. Manage content calendars, approve creatives, monitor performance, and drive online engagement.
Presentations & Reporting
Prepare executive-level decks and impactful reports for both internal leadership and external partners. Translate performance data into actionable insights.
Budget & Coordination
Track and maintain marketing budgets. Ensure all expenditures are within scope and tied to measurable outcomes. Follow up on all project timelines and deliverables with agencies and freelancers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, urban development, or public sector initiatives
- Strong agency management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience managing social media at a professional level
- Proficient in creating executive presentations and performance reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for smart cities, sustainability, or urban innovation is a plus

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تنفيذ الاستراتيجية:تولي مسؤولية استراتيجية التسويق وضمان تنفيذها بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية. بادر بتطوير الاستراتيجية وتكييفها مع تطور المشروع.
إدارة الوكالات
إدارة وكالات العلاقات العامة والوسائط الرقمية والاجتماعية والإبداعية - وضمان توافق العلامة التجارية، وتقديم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب، والاتصال الفعال عبر جميع قنوات التسويق.
الإشراف على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي:
قيادة العمليات اليومية لقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي في ديجيتال سيتي البحرين. إدارة جداول المحتوى، والموافقة على المواد الإبداعية، ومراقبة الأداء، وتعزيز التفاعل عبر الإنترنت.
العروض التقديمية والتقارير:
أعدّ عروضًا تقديمية وتقارير مؤثرة للقيادة الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين. حوّل بيانات الأداء إلى رؤى عملية.
الميزانية والتنسيق:
تتبع ميزانيات التسويق والحفاظ عليها. تأكد من أن جميع النفقات ضمن النطاق المحدد وربطها بنتائج قابلة للقياس. تابع جميع الجداول الزمنية للمشروع ونتائجه مع الوكالات والمستقلين.
متطلبات
- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال العقارات أو التطوير الحضري أو مبادرات القطاع العام
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الوكالة وتنسيق أصحاب المصلحة
- خبرة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على المستوى المهني
- إتقان إنشاء العروض التنفيذية وتقارير الأداء
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- الشغف بالمدن الذكية أو الاستدامة أو الابتكار الحضري يعد ميزة إضافية
