Excellence & Productivity Lead – Drive Supply Chain Transformation in Bahrain or Across MEA!
About the Role
We are hiring an Excellence & Productivity Lead for our Supply Chain operations, with potential base locations in Olayan, Bahrain, Epping Plant (Cape Town, SA), or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact leadership position at the heart of our MEA Supply Chain, spanning plants and distribution centers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire continuous improvement initiatives across mills, supply chains, procurement, and DTV
- Drive gross productivity improvements across the entire supply chain footprint
- Act as a strategic thought leader, introducing “outside-in” thinking to improve systems and processes
- Serve as a self-driven change agent, influencing operational and cultural transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and execute best-in-class excellence initiatives
- Ensure alignment with organizational values of integrity, quality, and long-term success
Requirements
- Proven leadership in supply chain excellence and productivity programs
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Strong experience in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A mindset of initiative, learning, and innovation
- Ability to work independently and influence at all levels
- Willingness to be based in Bahrain, South Africa, or Saudi Arabia, and travel within the MEA region as needed

نوظف مسؤولاً عن التميز والإنتاجية لعمليات سلسلة التوريد لدينا ، مع مواقع رئيسية محتملة في العليان، البحرين ، أو مصنع إيبينغ (كيب تاون، جنوب أفريقيا) ، أو الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية . يُعد هذا منصبًا قياديًا ذا تأثير كبير في قلب سلسلة التوريد الخاصة بنا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا ، والتي تشمل مصانع ومراكز توزيع في جميع أنحاء المنطقة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة وإلهام مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر المطاحن وسلاسل التوريد والمشتريات وDTV
- دفع تحسينات الإنتاجية الإجمالية عبر سلسلة التوريد بأكملها
- العمل كقائد فكري استراتيجي، وتقديم التفكير "الخارجي" لتحسين الأنظمة والعمليات
- العمل كعامل تغيير ذاتي التوجيه ، والتأثير على التحول التشغيلي والثقافي
- التعاون بين مختلف الوظائف لتحديد وتنفيذ أفضل مبادرات التميز في فئتها
- ضمان التوافق مع القيم التنظيمية للنزاهة والجودة والنجاح على المدى الطويل
متطلبات
- قيادة مثبتة في برامج التميز في سلسلة التوريد والإنتاجية
- فهم عميق لعمليات سلسلة التوريد الشاملة
- خبرة قوية في تحسين العمليات، أو Lean، أو Six Sigma، أو منهجيات مماثلة
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة التغيير وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة
- عقلية المبادرة والتعلم والابتكار
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتأثير على جميع المستويات
- الاستعداد للتواجد في البحرين أو جنوب أفريقيا أو المملكة العربية السعودية ، والسفر داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا حسب الحاجة
