Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections for civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor daily construction activities, reporting any deviations or non-conformance
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure execution accuracy
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders on technical issues
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and documentation as required
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil site inspection, preferably in large-scale transportation or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, codes, and standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Residency in Bahrain is preferred or ability to relocate

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش في الموقع للأعمال المدنية لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة
• مراقبة أنشطة البناء اليومية والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات أو عدم تطابق
• مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات لضمان دقة التنفيذ
• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع بشأن القضايا الفنية
• إعداد وتقديم تقارير التفتيش والوثائق حسب الحاجة
• ضمان الالتزام الصارم بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال تفتيش المواقع المدنية ، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع النقل أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق
• فهم قوي لتقنيات البناء المدني والرموز والمعايير
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات
• يفضل الإقامة في البحرين أو القدرة على الانتقال
