About the Role
Alzayani Investments is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support professional to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. As an essential part of our technology operations, you will ensure systems run efficiently and securely while providing hands-on support to internal users. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to a respected, fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line technical support to employees, handling hardware, software, and network-related queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer issues, printer malfunctions, and network connectivity problems
- Support system maintenance, updates, and documentation
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure for performance and reliability
- Contribute to ensuring security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functioning
Requirements
- Bahraini nationality is mandatory
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, Windows OS, and network systems
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and respond to user needs in a timely manner

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم الدعم الفني من الخط الأول للموظفين، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل مشكلات الكمبيوتر وأعطال الطابعة ومشكلات الاتصال بالشبكة
- دعم صيانة النظام والتحديثات والتوثيق
- المساعدة في إعداد وتكوين الأجهزة والبرامج الجديدة
- صيانة ومراقبة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتحسين الأداء والموثوقية
- المساهمة في ضمان وجود إجراءات الأمان والنسخ الاحتياطي واسترداد البيانات بعد الكوارث وفعاليتها
متطلبات
- الجنسية البحرينية إلزامية
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو دور فني مماثل
- معرفة قوية باستكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة وإصلاحها ، ونظام التشغيل Windows ، وأنظمة الشبكات
- مهارات التواصل الجيدة والموقف الذي يركز على العملاء
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والاستجابة لاحتياجات المستخدم في الوقت المناسب
