About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Controller to oversee and direct financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting at the group level. This pivotal role ensures robust financial health, long-term strategy alignment, and strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Appraise the organization's financial position and performance

• Prepare and deliver regular, insightful financial reports to senior leadership and shareholders

• Identify trends, highlight variances, and offer recommendations to support informed decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage financial relationships with banks, shareholders, and external entities

• Collaborate with leadership across departments to align financial strategies with operational goals

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and legal regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within multi-entity or group-level organizations

• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis

• Strong analytical and communication skills

المسؤوليات

التقارير والتحليلات المالية

• تقييم الوضع المالي والأداء للمنظمة

• إعداد وتقديم تقارير مالية منتظمة وعميقة إلى القيادة العليا والمساهمين

• تحديد الاتجاهات، وتسليط الضوء على الاختلافات، وتقديم التوصيات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة

إشراك أصحاب المصلحة

• إدارة العلاقات المالية مع البنوك والمساهمين والكيانات الخارجية

• التعاون مع القيادة عبر الأقسام لمواءمة الاستراتيجيات المالية مع الأهداف التشغيلية

• ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية والمعايير واللوائح القانونية

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة في أدوار القيادة المالية، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن منظمات متعددة الكيانات أو على مستوى المجموعة

• الخبرة في التنبؤ والميزانية وإعداد التقارير والتحليل المالي

• مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية قوية

• الاهتمام الكبير بالتفاصيل والدقة والتفكير الاستراتيجي

• القدرة على قيادة فرق التمويل والتأثير على التعاون بين الوظائف المختلفة
