Voice Support Services Engineer – Bahrain
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure voice gateways for seamless network communication
- Optimize network performance and ensure efficient data transmission
- Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco IOS-based routers (ASR 1000, 3900, 3800, 2800 families)
- Manage Cisco IOS-based switches (6500, 4500, 3750 families)
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for network configurations
Requirements
- Experience with Cisco IOS routers and switches
- Strong skills in voice gateway configuration and network optimization
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently
