About the Job
We are looking for a forward-thinking HC Specialist to join our team and lead key initiatives in Human Capital strategy and development. From training design to talent management, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape organizational culture and growth through innovative HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee learning and development programs

• Design and implement effective training across leadership, technical, compliance, onboarding, and soft skills

• Support talent management strategies including performance reviews, manpower planning, succession planning, and career progression

• Administer and support the performance management system

• Enhance and maintain the onboarding experience for new hires

• Stay current with best practices in human capital and L&D

المسؤوليات

• التعامل مع برامج التعلم والتطوير للموظفين

• تصميم وتنفيذ تدريب فعال في مجالات القيادة والمهارات الفنية والامتثال والتوجيه والمهارات الشخصية

• دعم استراتيجيات إدارة المواهب بما في ذلك مراجعات الأداء، وتخطيط القوى العاملة، وتخطيط الخلافة، والتقدم الوظيفي

• إدارة ودعم نظام إدارة الأداء

• تعزيز والحفاظ على تجربة التوجيه للموظفين الجدد
