Account Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our partners' business objectives, challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our partners and analyzing data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our partners and help their growth on Unipal, as well as pushing for continuity of subscriptions and renewals for existing partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and business relationships.
- Minimize partner-related operational issues and maximum portfolio growth in terms of transactions and discounts available on Unipal.
- Maintain continuous business relationships with partners and be the point of contact in that relationship.
- Assure all partners have up to date knowledge of Unipal’s process and the training required.
- Building new commercial relationships and renewing the existing partners.
- Create and maintain a good relationship with Universities/University Student Council.
- Manage and launch local campaigns.
- Create a guide for partners for ease of use & transition.
Experience required:
- Experience in dealing with customers/clients.
- Excel or Google sheet skills.
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt in a competitive environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong social and communication skills (Written & Verbal).
