Restaurant Operations Manger
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following: - Manage all HR and related duties/responsibilities/queries - Assist in the preparation and revise P&L, other accounting requirements including external auditors - Regularly and as needed, prepare required Reporting to the company’s management - Control Inventories for branches/market/central kitchen - Build a scheme for branches to encourage and increase Sales targets - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut wastage - Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity - Train staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality - Ensure branch managers and team members help improve productivity and quality of the guest experience by visiting branches regularly and monitoring closely
Requirements:
+5 years experience in same field.
Candidates must be in Bahrain
