Quantity Surveyor
We're hiring for a skilled, reliable, efficient Quantity Surveyor to join our growing organization.
Qualification:
> Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field.
> 5 years work experience on general construction estimating experience, construction experience or related field.
> Proficient in computer skills.
> Able to analyze financial records and apply date to improve results.
> Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and financial reports.
> Experience at compiling and following strict budget, strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
> In-depth understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry.
> Able to analyze problems and strategist for better solutions.
