Role Overview:
As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the rider’s fleet. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be pivotal in enhancing fleet performance, minimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and support on implementation of fleet management strategies to optimize performance and achieve operational goals.
? Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree, (or equivalent experience).
? Proven experience in fleet Supervision or a related leadership role.
? Strong leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Proficiency Microsoft Office suite.
? Problem-solving orientation and ability to supervise complex operational challenges.
? Able to provide riders training.
Education:
• Diploma
• Experience in a relevant position will be preferable.
