MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire Operations Manager for MedNet Jordan & Bahrain located in Bahrain with the following tasks and responsibilities:
Your Job
· Together with the General Manager and MN Head of Operations to ensure strategic alignment of company activities with overarching MN group strategy.
· Support in the annual strategic, operational, and financial planning process for the Bahrain and Jordan market by collecting and analyzing required data across departments and developing budgetary recommendations.
· Responsible for setting goals and driving performances for core operational departments – Production, Claims, Network, Medical Unit, Customer Service units
· Seek to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of the business by ensuring operational workflows are well-aligned within departments.
·Responsible business sponsor for all operational projects of MN Bahrain and Jordan.
·Lead and supervise specifically defined strategic & operational projects to ensure smooth execution and that the business objectives are met.
· Formulate operational policies and control procedures/workflows for the MN Jordan & Bahrain team.
· Assist General Manager and MN Head of Operations by controlling the achievement of objectives by reviewing and monitoring the KPIs and defining corrective measures in case of deviations.
· Spearhead market research, feasibility analysis, and surveys on a timely basis and provide suitable recommendations to enhance operations and services.
· Keep abreast with industry/competitor benchmarks and suggest best practices to be implemented within the operations of MN Bahrain and Jordan.
Qualifications - External
· Business or related University degree, MBA is a plus
· Medical degree from a school recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) is a plus
· Six-sigma or other process improvement methodology certification is a plus.
· Experience of medicine practice of which is at least 5 years in TPA / medical insurance sector
· Experience in managing complex operations environments, at least the last 5 years in Senior roles
· Operational track record with proven results
· Experience in working with Senior management.
· Experience working in a diverse and international environment.
· Evidence of leading and closing successful Projects
· Experience in working in a very regulated and strong compliance ethics environment.

مدنت الأردن هي إحدى المؤسسات الرائدة في مجال خدمات الرعاية المدارة التي تلبي احتياجات الرعاية الصحية. نسعى حاليًا لتعيين مدير عمليات لشركة MedNet Jordan & البحرين الموجود في البحرين بالمهام والمسؤوليات التالية:

· بالتعاون مع المدير العام ورئيس عمليات MN لضمان المواءمة الإستراتيجية لأنشطة الشركة مع الإستراتيجية الشاملة لمجموعة MN.
· الدعم في عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي والمالي السنوي لسوق البحرين والأردن من خلال جمع وتحليل البيانات المطلوبة عبر الإدارات ووضع توصيات الميزانية.
· مسؤول عن تحديد الأهداف وقيادة الأداء للإدارات التشغيلية الأساسية - الإنتاج والمطالبات والشبكة والوحدة الطبية ووحدات خدمة العملاء
· السعي إلى تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية والفعالية لجميع جوانب العمل من خلال ضمان توافق سير العمل التشغيلي بشكل جيد داخل الإدارات.
· الراعي التجاري المسؤول لجميع المشاريع التشغيلية لشركة MN البحرين والأردن.
· القيادة والإشراف على المشاريع الإستراتيجية والتشغيلية المحددة على وجه التحديد لضمان التنفيذ السلس وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
· صياغة السياسات التشغيلية وإجراءات المراقبة/سير العمل لفريق MN الأردن والبحرين.
· مساعدة المدير العام ورئيس العمليات في MN من خلال التحكم في تحقيق الأهداف من خلال مراجعة ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحديد التدابير التصحيحية في حالة الانحرافات.
· قيادة أبحاث السوق وتحليل الجدوى والدراسات الاستقصائية في الوقت المناسب وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة لتعزيز العمليات والخدمات.
· مواكبة معايير الصناعة/المنافسين واقتراح أفضل الممارسات التي سيتم تنفيذها ضمن عمليات MN البحرين والأردن.
المؤهلات - خارجية
· درجة الأعمال أو درجة جامعية ذات صلة، ماجستير إدارة الأعمال يعد ميزة إضافية
· تعتبر الشهادة الطبية من مدرسة معترف بها من قبل منظمة الصحة العالمية ميزة إضافية
· تعد شهادة Six Sigma أو شهادة منهجية تحسين العمليات الأخرى ميزة إضافية.
· خبرة في ممارسة الطب لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع TPA / التأمين الطبي
· خبرة في إدارة بيئات العمليات المعقدة، على الأقل آخر 5 سنوات في الأدوار العليا
· سجل تشغيلي مع نتائج مثبتة
· خبرة في العمل مع الإدارة العليا.
· خبرة في العمل في بيئة متنوعة ودولية.
· دليل على قيادة وإغلاق المشاريع الناجحة
· خبرة في العمل في بيئة أخلاقيات امتثال منظمة وقوية للغاية.
