Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Master Technician, located in Tubli, Bahrain. The Master Technician will diagnose and repair McLaren vehicles, provide technical support to colleagues, and ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Additionally, the Master Technician will be responsible for training and supervising other technicians as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing high-performance vehicles, preferably McLaren
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair technical issues
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role
- McLaren-specific training and certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
