Description:
We are a Multi-National Company with the Headquarter in the Kingdom of Bahrain, one of the major distributors of steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves and other piping components used in the HVAC and the Oil and Gas sectors.
We are inviting applications for the position of Material Coordinator based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Job Responsibility:
• The candidate should have good material knowledge , especially with Pipes/fittings/Valves, HVAC.
• Arranging delivery & issuing Delivery Note against received purchase order, Maintaining delivery list of all LPO’S in Excel format.
• Updation of stock list upon each delivery, Updation of pending sales list.
• Should be able to assist the sales team, and also manage schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• The candidate should be able to efficiently respond to any e-mail or telephone queries.
Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Candidates with below experience can apply:
• Hands on experience with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and should have excellent material knowledge (Pipes, Fittings & Valves, HVAC)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking capability
