Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Junior Pastry Assistant to join our team. The role is on-site and located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Junior Pastry Assistant will assist our Pastry Chef in creating high-quality cakes and pastries that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in baking and pastry making is preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately and consistently
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the Pastry Chef and other members of the team
- Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
