Looking for Filipino Female Personal Assistant
• Daily reporting to Managing Director
• Performing secretarial and administrative duties (Maintaining database records, documents and presentations)
• Accounts Monitoring/handling (using tally software & B2B payment transaction)
• Answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
• Managing internal and external correspondence and mails related to Managing Directors matter
• Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
• Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Observing best business practices and etiquette.
• 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantage.
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook and call forwarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours between (7AM to 7PM)
• Basic Salary BD250 + Allowance BD50 = Monthly Salary of BD300
