Female Receptionist/Coach Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female Receptionist/Coach Assistant to join our team at our Fitness Studio. Position: Female Receptionist/Coach Assistant
Salary: BD250 including Accommodation & Transportation (Prefer candidate with a driving license)
Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week)
Working Hours:
- 8 am until 8 pm
- 2 hours lunch break
Annual Leave and Tickets Allowance: As per LMRA rules and regulations
Responsibilities/Objectives:
As a Receptionist/Coach Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fitness Studio. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Class registration: Assisting clients with class registration and providing information on available classes.
2. Answering client queries: Addressing client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
3. Maintaining registration log and attendance: Keeping track of class attendance and maintaining accurate records.
4. Maintaining clients' payments log: Recording and organizing clients' payment information.
5. Maintaining suppliers and utilities payments log/payments: Managing payment records for suppliers and utilities.
6. Assisting Coach in classes scheduling: Collaborating with the coach to create and update class schedules.
7. Helping coach in setting up classes: Assisting with the setup of equipment and ensuring the studio is prepared for classes.
8. Helping in equipment sanitization after classes (when needed): Ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
9. Maintaining merchandise sale log and stock count: Managing inventory and recording merchandise sales.
10. Maintaining contact with suppliers: Establishing and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
11. Following up with suppliers on orders: Tracking and coordinating orders with suppliers.
12. Maintaining petty cash: Handling and documenting petty cash transactions.
13. End-of-day accounts closing reporting: Preparing daily reports and ensuring accurate accounting of daily transactions.
