Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for an Admissions and Marketing officer. The Admissions and Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the admissions process, ensuring the marketing materials are up-to-date, tracking and analyzing data to facilitate decision-making, creating admissions strategies to attract students, admissions counseling, telemarketing and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
- 2+ years of work experience in marketing and admissions, preferably in higher education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate

- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
