About the job

• We are looking for a Parts Advisor who will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and procuring automotive parts and accessories. This role requires a strong knowledge of automotive systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing the parts sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and targets are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handling the cash and credit sales transactions in an efficient and effective manner
• Marketing the new and existing products of the department
• Ensure customer service excellence is maintained for all the jobs
• Executing cash and inventory management procedures efficiently and accurately
• Ensure branch premises, equipment and work areas are well maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting customers, listening to their needs, and assisting them in finding the right parts or accessories for their vehicles. Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer alternative options if necessary.
