The ideal candidate will demonstrate our values in every interaction with our internal and external customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform contract and negotiations reviews for the French business in accordance with the internal policies;
- Draft and negotiate contracts with third parties (customers or contractors).
- Lead customer-facing legal negotiations in collaboration with French Sales team
- Review final contract against agreed and approved position and manage the contract approval process for any deviations from the agreed upon position;
- Develop and contribute to templates, forms, and playbooks to streamline legal-sales collaboration.
- GDPR - Take the lead in day to day privacy issues for the French business.
- Draft and negotiate intellectual property clauses in SaaS agreement and in licensing agreement
- Increase competency levels through training in coordination with HR France
- Provide legal support to other functions in the french office as needed and act as liaison with the other member of the legal team.
- Corporate Housekeeping for the french SAS entity.
