Building Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for candidates having experience in the below field:
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify and
address maintenance issues.
Supervise maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical,
HVAC and cleaning works
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and
tenants.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
Keep records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.
Valid driver's license (if required).
