We are looking for Account cum purchase
Responsibilities
Handle Full sets accounts
Perform annual audit and tax filing
Timely Management Reporting
Procurement duties
Inventory management
Depletion reporting
Documentation & Filing of Records of purchases.
Reconciliation of Accounts Statement
Preparing and arranging documents for exports
Preparing Inter Company Requisitions (Assembly Orders) from Warehouse to kitchen production Department.
Taking care of Payment Terms of the Vendors and forwarding the records for finance when required to make the payments
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Bahrain in similar role will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in the use of PCs, Microsoft Office and Accounting software sage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to join immediately
