Job Description:
As an AC Technician at DAC CONTRACTING W.L.L, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' air conditioning systems operate at peak performance, especially during the scorching summer months. Your responsibilities will include:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems, including central air, ductless mini-splits, and window units.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting AC system issues and providing effective solutions.
Conducting regular maintenance and tune-up services to optimize system efficiency.
Handling refrigerant handling and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Collaborating with the team to schedule and prioritize service calls.
Providing excellent customer service and explaining technical issues to clients in a clear and friendly manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
years of experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and components.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various AC system problems.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift and move HVAC equipment as needed.
