Ideal candidate must have two years of certification in HVAC technology from a technical or trade school. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including residential and commercial ones, to ensure efficient and safe operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, such as equipment malfunctions, electrical problems, refrigerant leaks, and motor alignment, and develop and implement solutions to resolve problems.
Replace or repair defective parts or components in HVAC systems, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans. Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns, responsible for leading the teams and providing guidance to junior technicians. Should be locally avoidable and ready for immediate mobilisation .
