Rent-a-car Rental Business Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor/Administrator to join our team and oversee the planning and operation of our Rent-a-car rental business. As a Supervisor/ Administrator, you will be responsible for the set-up of the business, managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee the rental process, including vehicle inspection, documentation, and customer service.
- Manage a team of rental agents and support staff.
- Train and mentor employees to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in the car rental industry or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using rental management software.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
