Receptionist
A reputed Institution based in Manama is seeking to urgently recruit a ‘’Receptionist’’.
The Building Receptionist Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; maintains security and telecommunications system. Performs routine administrative tasks and ensures smooth and efficient operation of the reception area and sets daily priorities based on knowledge of the overall function of the office and performs work as required or assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Receives all tenant complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care for all tenants and nationalities.
• Maintains and generates Daily, Weekly and Monthly Occupancy Report.
• Maintains and generates Daily, Weekly and Monthly Maintenance Report.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the building.
• Responds to all request/complaint letters from tenant.
• Follow up on payment procedures with the owners and tenant
• Coordinates with the main office for tenant’s requests and complaints.
• Escalate problem to the Manager all type of problems.
• Update and maintain tenants’ information database.
• Prepares termination letter for Tenants.
• Generates the Lease Agreement for new tenant and lease agreement renewal.
• Supervise the time in and out for all staff
• Ensure to maintain the flat standards and the common area are according to our concept.
• Wear the right uniform and maintain the standards of the dress code.
• Assign duties to other staff and give instructions regarding work methods and routines.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification required. Diploma preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of previous customer service experience preferred. Prior administrative experience in property and real estate management highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 to 3 years of previous customer service experience preferred. Prior administrative experience in property and real estate management highly desirable.
• Proven customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to listen, think clearly and to communicate effectively and courteously in challenging and sometimes stressful situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to determine needs and achieve results without close supervision.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs to include Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, and set priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently projects professionalism in representing Properties at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work beyond the regular work schedule.
