HVAC Fabricator job in Bahrain
Responsibilities:
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and trace at the site.
Ability to plan & execute A.C. ducting network according to drawings and site requirements.
Select gauges and types of sheet metal or non-metallic material, according to product specifications.
Operates machines to cut, shape, and form sheet metal including roller, shear, punch press, hand brake, plasma cutters or using hand tools if required.
Drills and punch holes in metal, for electrical components, screws, bolts, or rivets.
Fasten seams and joints together with welds, bolts, rivets, metal drive clips, and bonds to assemble components into products or to repair sheet metal items.
Finish parts, using hacksaws, and hand, rotary, or squaring shears.
Develop and lay out patterns that use materials most efficiently.
Insulate ductwork using glue.
Maintain equipment and periodical maintenance and repairing when necessary.
Performs related duties as directed by the applicable Foreman or Project Manager.
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of experience in the same field preferably with in construction or MEP sector.
Able to work as a team member or solely.
Able to work multiple projects.
Must be able to stand for the duration of the day to perform sheet metal working tasks.
Constant reaching to perform fabrication tasks, use tools and operate machines.
Understand shop drawings.
