Looking for an experienced smart trust worthy individual to take up the responsibility of an Executive Secretary cum Sales Coordinator. Good Communication, Writing Skill and People Skills is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES ARE RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MANAGER AND INCLUDE
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Handling and redirecting enquiries to the corresponding Departments
- Handling different modes of communication on behalf of the Manager
- Understanding the products and services of the company and preparing Proposals and Write Ups
- Manage and track the renewals contracts of customers and partners
- Follow Up of payments associated with the above contracts and/or proposals
