TECHNICIAN-DRIVER

• Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly and as planned

 • Maintenance of electrical installations and associated equipment

 • Installation of electrical systems and associated equipment

 • Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements

 • Assist in the preparation of estimates / quotations as required

 • Responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion

 • Provide progress reports on allocated work orders

 • Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work

 • Adhere to all regulations in respect of electricity at work

 • Adhere to the electrical department quality management system

 • Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence

 • Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required

 • Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs

 • Respond to electrical emergencies within the agreed time-frames

 • Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

 • Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair

 • Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law

  • تركيب الأنظمة الكهربائية والمعدات المرتبطة بها

  • الاستجابة لجميع أعمال الصيانة التفاعلية ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة المحددة

  • المساعدة في إعداد التقديرات/عروض الأسعار كما هو مطلوب

  • المسؤولية عن أوامر العمل المخصصة من الاستلام إلى الاكتمال

  • تقديم تقارير مرحلية عن أوامر العمل المخصصة

  • إخطار المشرف على الفور بأي قضايا أو مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة. الحفاظ على مكان آمن للعمل

  • الالتزام بكافة اللوائح المتعلقة بالكهرباء في العمل

  • الالتزام بنظام إدارة الجودة في قسم الكهرباء

  • أخلاقيات العمل الجماعي القوية وتعزيز التميز في خدمة العملاء

  • حفظ السجلات وإنتاج تقارير عمل مفصلة، كما هو مطلوب

  • الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ الكهربائية ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها

  • تنفيذ، بأفضل ما تستطيع، جميع المهام المسندة من قبل المشرف أو المدير

  • حافظ دائمًا على المظهر النظيف والمرتب. يجب ارتداء الزي الرسمي ويجب أن يكون نظيفًا وفي حالة جيدة من الإصلاح
