Job Description:
As the Chief Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's engineering department. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians and supervisors.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Manage the budget for the engineering department and ensure cost-effective practices.
